TMLTCG.com collects launch waitlist, seller application, and contact information so we can operate early access, seller onboarding, launch communications, and future marketplace readiness.

We collect submitted contact details, stated collecting interests, consent preferences, referral metadata, user agent, and a one-way hash of IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prioritize launch invitations, segment product updates, prepare CRM exports, and support future marketplace onboarding. Marketing and SMS messages are sent only where consent is provided and can be discontinued by request.

Production privacy terms will be reviewed before public launch and updated as marketplace, payment, shipping, and auction features are added.
